BCF Housing Manager Rosie Strickland checks off the furniture as they move it into the new ladies dorm.

A fresh coat of paint and squeaky clean floors welcomed the delivery truck driver when he arrived at The Baptist College of Florida (BCF) with furniture to go in the new ladies dorm on Ezell Street. Each new bed, mattress, dresser, desk, chair and bookshelf was inventoried by BCF Housing Manager Rosie Strickland making sure the rooms would be equipped for students returning to campus. "I look forward to having the students back on campus," stated Ms. Rosie. "I sure miss them when they are gone for the summer."

During the summer months while many BCF students are on mission trips, working at summer camps, finishing up internships, or working to save money for next semester, the staff and campus volunteers work hard to get the campus ready for the students to return. In addition to the new furniture and the new ladies dorm ready for occupancy, major renovations continue on the Wellness Center which will include an indoor handball/racquetball court, indoor walking track, exercise rooms, cardio rooms, refurbished floors and new entrance and reception area.

BCF continues to register students that are preparing to change the world. For more information on the classes scheduled for the fall semester contact 800-328-2660 or access the website at baptistcollege.edu.
