The Seminarians from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary perform in the R. G. Lee Chapel at The Baptist College of Florida.

Students and faculty at The Baptist College of Florida (BCF) in Graceville were blessed Thursday, March 7, as the Male Chorale from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary performed in the R.G. Lee Chapel. The Seminarians, as they are called, were made up of 16 seminary students directed by Assistant Professor of Conducting and Church Music Ministries Chair Greg Woodward.

The group performed several a cappella contemporary arrangements such as "Indescribable" and "All to Us" and hymn favorites including "A Mighty Fortress" and "Rise Up, O Men Of God." The highlight of the mini concert was an extraordinary performance of Cliff Duren's arrangement of "Wake Up, O Sleeper" providing the audience with a taste of New Orleans with its jazzy melodies.

The BCF Male Chorale, conducted by BCF Music and Worship Division Chair Bill Davis, also performed a few songs delighting the crowd as usual with an arrangement of "Great is Thy Faithfulness" and "Midnight Cry." The Seminarians concluded the performance with "We Follow the Lord," and greeted students in the foyer to distribute information and answer any questions about their graduate programs.
