Complete Chapel Schedule for Spring.

The first week of classes at The Baptist College of Florida (BCF) in Graceville is not only a time of new beginnings in the classroom, but also a time of spiritual refreshment through a new semester of chapel services. Chapel services held every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are a vital and enjoyable part of the educational experience at BCF for both first time freshmen and graduating seniors.

Keeping with tradition, BCF President Thomas A. Kinchen delivered the messages for the first week of chapel. Kinchen welcomed students for the spring semester and delivered three powerful messages with titles including, “Arethere really that many requirements? Lord, will that be on the test? But I can’t pay my bill!” As is the case with each Kinchen sermon, those in attendance left encouraged and motivated to give maximum effort in both schoolwork and service to Christ.

In addition to the podcast from the empowering first week of chapel, a complete schedule of chapel speakers, special services, and conferences may be found on the BCF website at www.baptistcollege.edu. Special guest speakers include pastors from the surrounding area, BCF Professors, well-known authors, and other prominent figures from The Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) and The Florida Baptist State Convention (FBSC). The list includes FBSC Executive Director-Treasurer Tommy Green, FBSC Executive Director-Treasurer Emeritus John Sullivan, and famed creationist advocate and author Jonathan Sarfati who will be leading a Creation Conference for pastors, youth, and BCF students on April 26-27 in the R.G. Lee Chapel.

On-campus chapel services are another example of how BCF equips students for effective ministry, missions, and evangelism with each service being designed to provide opportunities for spiritual growth and teaching from world-class speakers invited by President Kinchen.
