BCF alum, Attorney Jennifer Wolgamott, joins ShuffieldLowman.

ShuffieldLowman law firm recently announced that attorney Jennifer Wolgamott has joined the firm, practicing in estate planning and probate in both the Tavares and Orlando offices. The firm is a 37 attorney, full service, business law firm, practicing in the areas of corporate law, estate planning, real estate and litigation.

Wolgamott holds her J.D. from Florida A & M University College of Law and her B.A. in Christian Counseling from The Baptist College of Florida (BCF) in Graceville, Florida. While in law school, she pursued two legal internships focused on social work, Homelessness and Legal Advocacy Clinic and Guardian Ad Litem Clinic.  Professional skills courses included contract drafting and interviewing, counseling and negotiation.

She brings a passion for client care, especially those in the greatest need, which is evident in her past work as a case manager for the Children’s Home Society and as a social service caseworker for the Houston County Department of Human Resources in Dothan, Alabama.  Currently she serves as a volunteer at the Christian Care Center, a ministry of the First Baptist Church of Leesburg, where she works with the homeless, children in crisis and victims of domestic violence.

Jennifer’s husband, Stephen Wolgamott, is also an alumnus of The Baptist College of Florida earning his Bachelor of Music degree in 2006 and his master’s in Religion from Liberty University. Stephen is the Worship Pastor at First Baptist Church Leesburg and serves as the Worship Leader for The Baptist College of Florida Elevate Worship Arts Camp for middle and high school students.
